  • How much do you charge?
  • Our prices vary depending on the type of service or repair, you can see a list of our most common repairs and servicing on our Bike Servicing and Repairs & E-Bike Servicing pages.
  • You have a callout fee of £19.80 but I only require a puncture repaired, how much do I pay?
  • We do have a callout fee of £19.80, however if the total cost of work is above £19.80, we waive this charge.
  • You quoted for a repair or service, but my bill is different to that originally quoted?
  • We always try to make sure that our assessment of the cost of repair or servicing is correct, however if we encounter additional work, time or issues when trying to complete a repair, then we need to reflect that in your bill.
  • Can I bring my bike to you?
  • I am primarily a mobile service as I do not have a brick & mortar shop, however you can call me to arrange for you to drop off your bike for repair alternatively I can collect from you*.
  • I had a service or repair, why is there a surcharge for bike cleaning on my bill?
  • We ask that bikes are clean ready for servicing and repairs (unless you have paid for a gold service or bike cleaning service) it means we can get to work on your bike straightaway, cleaning before we start will delay us being able to carry the necessary repairs or service for you.
  • What other services do you offer?
  • We offer a wide range of services, if you don’t see what you are looking for on our service page please contact me via the Contact us link.
  • Do you have a shop?
  • I am currently creating an online shop and will be able to offer click and collect, as well as local delivery. I do not have a brick & mortar shop to visit, if there is anything that you need please contact me as I am sure I will be able to help.
  • What products and brands are available?
  • I can provide almost anything from a cable to a complete bike! I have a brilliant range of brands you can find out more here.
  • I have subscribed to your newsletter how do I unsubscribe?
  • We aim to keep it really simple just click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your newsletter and your done!
  • How do you process my data, how secure is it?
  • We comply with UK GDPR rules, we never keep it for longer than required, and all data is securely encrypted and held, we respect your data privacy and ensure that it is safe and secure.
