SARTO BIKES ‘turn your dream into reality’

SARTO BIKES where dreams are transformed into reality

“For us, every custom brand we choose is for a good reason, Sarto is no different in this respect”.

Sarto has established itself as a frame builder focused on creating high performance bikes. We are proud that Grand Tor Cycling, has been invited to be part of their cycling family. We were chosen by them, because our values, philosophy and attention to detail is aligned with theirs.

“We make custom-made frames, handcrafted”
explains Enrico Sarto, owner of the company. “For us giving life
to a bike is just like creating an haute couture dress. We start
with measurements, then you choose the fabric and then you
look at how the frame fits on the cyclist; at the end, everything
is customised on the specific requirements of the client.
Tailor-made, made by a tailor (in Italian – Sarto – ).

YOUR DREAMS, MADE FROM CARBON SARTO BIKES + Grand Tor Cycling

It starts with you, we discuss your needs, and what you want from your cycling experience. We then take all of the key measurements to ensure that your Sarto fits you perfectly. From there you can choose your colour, design and build specification or we can help you design your bike in your colour way that is uniquely yours, just as a tailor would.

Forged Carbon is a composite material (made of carbon and resin) with fibers that, unlike traditional continuous carbon fiber, are cut and reduced into small fragments.

The name Forged comes from the fact that this technology is a molded process, allowing for exceptional repeatability in component quality and offering remarkable freedom in geometry and design.

Sarto has a relentless pursuit of innovation which led them to discover numerous short-fiber composite applications used in the aerospace and luxury automotive industries.
Showcasing our R&D efforts in the world of composites is a key priority for them and the aesthetic potential of forged carbon is one of the areas where they continue to push
boundaries.

The TC, Tri-Composite Carbon Fiber is a special carbon fiber widely used in the automotive sector to make cockpits or helmets that are particularly resistant.

There are three essential characteristics of this material, which are;

  • excellent impact resistance
  • high vibration damping capacity
  • unique aesthetics

The final outcome on our frames is the result of a few years research and development to make it functional for the quality and performance of their top-of-the-range bikes.

Both mechanical stress and mechanical vibrations are absorbed more efficiently, making the riding experience better. The carbon fibre Tri-Composite
is now available in five colors: Green, Copper, Blue, Red, White.

Tri-Composite Carbon;

Several models are available in a Tri-Composite version, which integrates resin, carbon fibre, and metal filaments to better absorb mechanical stress and vibrations. This technology is available for the Raso, Seta Plus, and Seta Gravel TA models. Customization and Technical Details Sarto offers extensive customization options for their frames, including:

  • Geometry and Paint: Every frame is “taylor made” to fit the customer’s specific needs.
  • Technical Flexibility: Additional options include custom tubing, specific cable routing (mechanical, EPS/Di2, eTap), and rack/pannier attachments.
  • Frame Construction: Frames feature varied laminations (such as 1K, 3K, or UD carbon) and high-modulus inner laminations to balance strength, weight, and rigidity.

Raso: An aerodynamic, stiff, and comfortable bike featuring unidirectional carbon fibre and vibration-dampening seat stays. It accommodates up to 35mm tires.

Featuring exceptionally strong, unidirectional carbon fibre throughout, Raso is built upon decades of composites research and development alongside in-house manufacturing.
Smooth transitions between sections emphasis the frame’s fluid design, complemented by aggressively truncated, custom-formed tubes orientated to meet the wind at every angle.

Thanks to an innovative frame layup and design concepts like vibration-dampening seat stays, Raso offers exceptional stiffness, strength, and compelling comfort.

And with room for up to 35mm tires, it has the versatility to float over any road at blazing speed for a cushioned ride that won’t cost you watts.

Seta Plus: Combines modern technology with classic elegance, offering exceptional handling, predictability, and comfort for long rides. It includes clearance for tires over 32mm and complete cable integration.

The perfect extension of every gesture of the cyclist: Seta Plus Tri-Composite further raises the levels of comfort and resistance of their creations, thanks to the Tri-Composite carbon fiber. Riding this bike, every cyclist will always feel comfortable and will be able to enjoy every sensation, both on flat ground or climbing.

Resin, carbon fiber and metal filaments: Tri-Composite opens the new era of carbon frames by increasing the technical performance of the bicycle as well as giving it a sleek and powerful look. Seta Plus Tri-Composite excels in all conditions by combining the best features of our bicycles. Easy to handle, versatile, reactive and very light: fast uphill but precise and perfectly controllable even on the fastest descents, for the best riding experience.

THE CARBON FRAME OF THE FUTURE

Both mechanical stress and mechanical vibrations are absorbed more efficiently, making the riding experience better.

Raso Gravel: Engineered for high-speed gravel racing with pinpoint cockpit control and acceleration. Depending on the configuration, it supports tires up to 55mm.

Experience the evolution of all-terrain with Raso Gravel, a high-performance trail bike built to bring the speed of the road to the fastest gravel races in the world.

Informed by the pace and feel of a pure road bike, Raso Gravel rides with startling speed, pinpoint cockpit control and the instantaneous acceleration of a thoroughbred.

You can spec Raso Gravel to accept up to 48mm or 55mm (2.1”) on a 700c wheel depending on your preferences, with the 48mm version offering 2x and 1x compatibility and the larger version, 1x, with space for up to a 52t chainring, in
line with the demands of the gravel racing community. The only difference between the two is the width of the rear stays, although the rear triangle remains visually unchanged from the side.

Asola: A minimalist climbing frame recognized for its record-breaking lightness, off-the-saddle torsional rigidity, and precise descending.
