We were loaned a Specialissima Pro when we visited the Santini Factory in Bergamo, in February 2025.  We rode it on the same roads as ridden in il Lombardia.  The weather was sunny, but the northern side of the hills saw no sun, and so were a bit damp.  However the bike behaved impeccably on the descents, and gave us confidence that we had sufficient grip and stability.  The bike rides amazingly well, and felt like we could climb all day, it is certainly a great choice if you are looking for a lightweight bike for riding up hill with ease and descending with confidence. It is comfortable for epic days in the saddle, and is quick and agile, yet reassuring.
