At the heart of the wheelset are Ergal 7075 T6 hubs featuring Miche RR-C (Racing Replica Ceramic) technology. Developed in partnership with CeramicSpeed, the hubs use double-shield ceramic bearings carefully tuned for lubrication, sealing, and thrust bearing balance. The result is exceptional smoothness, long-term durability, and efficient power transfer. Adjustment ring nuts on both the front and rear hubs also allow for precise fine-tuning when required.

Aerodynamics are a major focus of the Kleos RD 50. The Aero Blade fairing on the left flange of the front wheel helps reduce turbulence and improve airflow. This is supported by a crossed/radial 16+8 spoke design using double-thickness stainless steel spokes with different aero sections for the front and rear wheel. Every detail has been shaped using data gathered in the wind tunnel to improve real-world performance.

The rim construction uses a carefully studied mix of medium- and high-module Toray carbon fibre, producing an excellent balance of stiffness and responsiveness while keeping weight low. At just 1455g per wheelset (tubeless ready +20g), the Kleos RD 50 helps reduce rotational inertia for quicker acceleration and a more lively ride feel.

The wheelset also stands out visually. The elegant racing grey finish is paired with a new graphic identity, and the water transfer decals are heat treated after application to remove the step effect, improve resistance, and create a cleaner, more premium look.
