Our approach and values are straightforward, we will never sell you the wrong bike, if we don’t have the right bike that meets your needs, then we would rather you bought your new bike from another shop that has the right bike for you, than us sell you a bike just because we have it on the shop floor. We appreciate we may lose the sale, but to us you are more important than that, as we want you to enjoy cycling, and we believe that this is the best way to support you and the wider cycling community.
