Professional bike servicing for bicycles. We specialise in servicing bikes to the highest standard. We apply the highest level of care and attention to servicing your bike.
All mechanics are fully qualified, insured, and experienced. They are trained to a high level. They pay attention to detail and maintain workmanship to the highest standard.
If your bike has not been used or serviced for sometime, or it needs cleaning, or is in poor condition, we would recommend the Silver service as a minimum.
As electric bike specialists, we are an authorised Bosch E-Bike service centre, we are also qualified and accredited to maintain Sportdrive and Shimano Steps E-Bike motors.

The ‘Stelvio’ Gold Bike Servicing
This is our premier bike service, we recommend this every 12 Months

- All elements of our Bronze and Silver Service.

- Components removed, cleaned, inspected throughout, checked for damage.

- Drivetrain, cleaned, disassembled where necessary, checked serviced and refitted including chain set, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, derailleurs and pedals.

- components, such as chain & cassette cleaned using our Muc-Off Bioremediation parts washer.

- All inner & outer cables replaced if required*.

- Hydraulic brakes drained, pads checked and replaced if required fresh oil* added to manufacturers specification and recommendation.

- Bike reassembled, all bolts set to correct torque, all parts lubricated, greased, fibre gripped, anti-seized using quality bike specific products.

- Bike cleaned and polished.

- 6 week check and tune included. (must be completed within 6 weeks of the service)

The ‘Grand Colline’ Silver Bike Servicing
This is a more detailed bike service, we recommend this every 6-9 months depending on how many hours use your bike has had and the conditions. We also recommend this service if the bike has not been used for an extended period, is in need of recommissioning or is in poor condition.

This bike service is a general tune up, which we recommend every 3-6 months depending on how many hours use your bike has had and the conditions.
Suitable for any bike which is clean and has been very well maintained. If your bike needs cleaning or has not been regularly serviced or maintained we recommend the Silver Service for you as a minimum.
This is a 28 point check following the industry standard

What does a full bike service include?
Our Gold Service includes a full strip down to the frame, we replace cables as required, we clean, check inspect and replace worn components, and reassemble. Please note that all parts are extra.
How much does it cost to fix a bike?
It depends! The time taken to repair, the parts required, the complexity of the work are all factors. Give us a call and we can arrange to make an assessment for you.
What needs servicing on a bike?
It depends on the condition of the bike. How frequently it is used and the conditions it is ridden and stored in. Servicing your bike could be a basic tune up and adjustment if it is well cared for, and has very little use. However if your bike has regular use, and is ridden in all weather, then a full bike service may well be required.
What products do you use when servicing my bike?
We only use high quality products, which we know to be reliable. We also only fit products recommended by the manufacturer, and are known to be compatible, and safe. We normally use products from the following brands Muc-Off, Morgan Blue, Weldtite, SRAM, Campagnolo, Shimano, BBB, Jagwire, Swissstop, Fibrax and Magura.
