Basso SV Sempre Veloce

Sempre Veloce. Always Fast. The comfort performance frameset from Basso where aerodynamics, lightness and efficiency are infused with comfort and adaptability, transforming every rider into the fastest version of themselves.

The Basso SV occupies the space between Racing and All-road, representing a new standard in road cycling. By combining race level performance with the adaptability and comfort that everyday riders demand. Resulting in a bike that doesn’t force compromises and a machine that thrives on any road, with any rider, in any situation. The Diamante Seatpost, paired with a high stack and sloping geometry combination enhances comfort on rough terrain and helps reduce fatigue during long rides. The seatpost features an updated saddle clamp and increased length of 380 mm.

With a focus on enhancing aerodynamics, the front impact area has been reduced by 16% in comparison to the Diamante SV. The front wheel is seamlessly integrated into the downtube plus the confirmed optimal tyre width option is 32mm to achieve the minimum airflow disruption. The 85.6 mm BB width provides a wide base for the downtube and chainstays, while the deep headtube design (67.9 mm) further improves handling precision, especially at high speeds and torque.

Fuga Integrated Handlebars: Designed for narrow shouldered riders and optimised for an aerodynamic performance fit. Featuring 1 degree back sweep and down sweep for enhanced comfort and neutral wrist position. Compatible with all Basso Carbon frames.
Tyre clearance, comfort meets modern design: Supporting tyres up to 35mm on 25mm internal rim width, offering riders exceptional balance between speed, confidence and safety on all surfaces.
Precision meets versatility: Seven frame sizes with overlapping ranges to ensure a tailored fit for every rider. High stack and sloping geometry, 25mm shorter seat tube compared to more traditional Basso geometry.
Solid oil bearings: These bearings offer 3 times the durability of traditional bearings. With extended lubricant life, resistant to washout and superior protection against contaminants, they ensure smoother handling and a long lasting performance.
Universal Derailleur hanger (UDH) for easy access to replacement hangers.
3B Clamp System Gen 2: A totally hidden seatpost fixing solution that is invisible on the frame, intertwining technological and aesthetic innovation. This lightweight and strong integrated clamping solution offers the additional benefit of an anti-vibration function, further improving your riding experience by elevating comfort on uneven and bumpy surfaces.
